SETTLEMENT AND CASH SERVICES

     LLC "FAZO S" offers legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of settlements and cash services. Get the application to open an account and can obtain the necessary advice in the Operational department of the Organization.

 LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR OPEN ACCOUNT

     For clients - legal entities - residents and non-residents, their branches and their representations:

• Application for open an account (provided by the organization);
• Agreement (provided by the organization);
• The card with samples of signatures and an impress of a seal is certified by the organization of 2 copies;
• A copy of the state registration certificate;
• Copy of TIN;
• Information list from tax office (origin);
• Copy of passport of responsible persons;
• Copies of the protocol or the order on assignment of the principal and the chief accountant for legal entities; if the bank account is opened for branch or representation - the power of attorney of the head office organization, written out addressed to the principal;
• For the client – branch and representations of nonresidents - the copy of permission (or the petition) authorized body of the country of the nonresident for opening of the account in the foreign state which it is legalized in Embassy (consulate) of the Republic of Tajikistan abroad or in embassy (consulate) of the country of the nonresident in the Republic of Tajikistan;
• Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
• The copy of the Charter, situation, constituent documents certified by the organization;

     For individuals (private business) residents;

• Announcement on opening of the score (it is provided by the organization);
• The contract of the bank account (it is provided by the organization);
• The card with samples of signatures and an impress of a seal is certified by the organization in 2 pieces.
• Copy of the Certificate on the state registration of business activity (Shakhodatnoma);
• Copy of TIN;
• Copies of passports of responsible persons;
• Information Reference from the tax inspection.

     For Dehkan (farmer) farms:

• Announcement on opening of the score;
• Certificate on the state registration of the legal entity or state of emergency;
• The copy of the charter, situation, the constituent documents certified the organizations for legal entities
• The card with samples of signatures and an impress of a seal - is assured by the organization in 2 pieces;
• Copy of TIN;
• Copies of passports of responsible persons;
• Copies of orders on assignment of the principal and chief accountant of the legal entity;
• The copy of the certificate on the earth;
